本課程為瑜伽練習者、瑜伽愛好者或有志投身瑜伽教學人士而設。課程內容包括瑜伽的起源，歷史和哲學、瑜伽呼吸法、基礎瑜伽解剖學、瑜伽冥想和瑜伽素食等。學生還會學習理解基本姿勢、實習及瑜伽教學重點，從而掌握教授瑜伽課堂的步驟和技巧。完成課程後，符合資格的學生，可以申請註冊成為 RYT200 瑜伽導師。

The programme aims to help students to reach an advanced level of proficiency in Korean and to acquire Korean language skills for academic purposes through essay writing, class discussion and presentation. Students will be able to compose academic essays, discuss and debate complex issues related to Korean society and culture. 

 

This module aims to help students to use intermediate to advanced vocabularies and expressions related to cultural/social topics. Students will be able to debate on cultural/ social topics with a good degree of fluency and range of expression.

 

_{Programme oBJECTIVES} 

The programme aims to introduce learners to Korean culture and customs and give them an understanding of daily life in Korean society.

This programme can be taken upon successful completion of the Certificate in German (Upper Intermediate) or an equivalent programme of 350-370 hours. Students will practise their speaking skills, expressing opinions on culture, sport, food & drink, current affairs, local events, holidays & the world today. They will read and react to authentic texts, making comments in both the spoken and written forms. Students will also listen to songs and recordings of native speakers such as public announcements and detailed instructions. By the end of the programme, students should be able to talk about various topics in a more detailed and fluent way , write different types of texts regarding more abstract and cultural matters, summarise the main ideas when listening to clear speeches or reading a wide range of texts.

The programme is equivalent to B1+ level in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
