學院中醫營養學課程團隊在廣西藥膳大賽中榮獲多項大獎

學院的〈實用中醫學高等文憑(中醫營養學)〉課程已開辦十數年，對社會產生廣泛影響。日前，本學院應廣西壯族自治區中醫藥管理局之邀請，參與第二屆廣西中藥（壯瑤藥）藥膳大賽的全國交流賽。中醫科目組別派出五位該課程導師及畢業生，於2024年11月14-16日到廣西南寧市交流並參賽，並榮幸地獲得團體二等獎等多個獎項。 是次比賽皆在弘揚傳統藥膳文化，推動各地藥膳人才交流，吸引了來自全國共78個隊伍參加。參加隊伍除了設計及即席製作藥膳外，還需為菜式進行陳述及答辯，並參加理論考試，從理論與操作全面展現對中醫藥膳理論的見解。學院五位參賽成員本著「藥食同源、清鮮本味、至臻至美」的理念，為大會展示了具香江特色的藥膳，最終榮獲團體二等獎、個人一等獎及最佳人氣獎。 這次活動不僅擴大了學院及中醫營養學課程的影響力，還 ... more 學院中醫營養學課程團隊在廣西藥膳大賽中榮獲多項大獎
