Dr Evan Choi
Dr Evan Choi is a Registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist under the Division of Industrial-Organisational Psychology (DIOP) of the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS). He has held a range of academic, consulting, and in-house corporate roles, and works with leading companies across the Asia-Pacific region on management and leadership. With extensive experience as an Industrial-Organisational Psychologist, Evan works effectively at all organisational levels, applying his research and practical expertise to guide human behaviour. He believes that adaptability and the human capability for partnership and collaboration, rather than mere strength or intelligence, is key to corporate success, and helps leaders develop their unique strengths accordingly. Educated in the United States and Hong Kong, Evan pursued his passion for understanding human minds and behaviours. His comprehensive consulting and corporate experience spans across strategic and operational levels, encompassing management alignment, stakeholder partnership, leadership development, talent assessment, psychometric testing, performance management and training facilitation, among other areas.
Dr Rosa Kwok
Dr Rosa Kwok brings evidence-based strategies to the classroom. As a business-minded education professional with over 13 years of rigorous laboratory research training and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed psychology journals. Dr Kwok brings a unique combination of education expertise, client-facing experience, and project management insight to convey evidence-based strategies to policy makers and practitioners.
