隨著各行各業推動數碼轉型,數碼營銷(digital marketing)變得愈來愈重要。香港大學專業進修學院金融商業學院高級課程主任及學院首席講師薛開嫻(Ronnie)表示,數碼營銷主要透過互聯網、手機等渠道來接觸潛在客戶,包括社交媒體營銷、搜索引擎優化、內容營銷、電子郵件營銷等,範圍廣泛,「企業可更精準針對潛在客戶,衡量其活動的有效性,並與客戶實時互動,但要有效地開展這些營銷,需要對IT、數據分析、溝通和文案技巧、活動策劃,以至在線管理工具有基本了解。」
