《秋收‧冬藏養生篇》講座已於日前圓滿結束。活動反應熱烈，吸引過百位觀眾到場參與。張群湘博士以中醫角度分享秋冬養生防病錦囊，並即場示範氣功、按壓穴位和介紹日常湯水。
張博士亦教導參加者判別中藥材優劣的妙法，讓大家能夠在選購藥材時得心應手。現場設有養生茶水坊，提供菊花茶免費試飲。不少參加者更即場到中藥房選購湯包和中藥材，場面非常熱鬧。
