    胡伯杰先生是ESG 認證專業人士（「ESGCP®」），於金融行業擁有近三十年經驗，專注於另類資產投資（包括PE，VC，夾層，房地產，特殊情況和委託投資等）和投資銀行，並在環境、社會和管治、可持續發展及相關能力建設方面擁有10年的經驗。胡先生亦專注於綠色健康建築、環境諮詢、綠色金融、綠色科技、影響力投資、可持續發展咨詢等領域。目前，胡先生是沛然環保顧問有限公司（股份代碼：8320.HK）的行政总裁兼执行董事，大灣區碳中和協會創會會長，香港私募股權融資協會主席，氣候相關財務披露工作組（TCFD）成員以及全球報告倡議組織（GRI）成員。此外，胡先生還是香港科技園孵化計劃和香港城市大學Tech300的入選小組成員，初創企業的綠色科技導師，並領導東盟國家和中東地區的綠色科技合作夥伴。 胡先生還是AEC Capital Group的創始人兼行政總裁，該集團專注於可持續金融，房地產和投資管理。他目前還是香港總商會環境與可持續發展委員會成員，香港綠色建築議會基建評級系統委員會增選成員以及香港上市公司商會環境、社會和管治委員會成員。他還是香港綠色金融協會綠色和可持續私募股權工作小組的前聯席主席。 在香港之外，他還作為世界綠色建築委員會亞太地區淨零建築合作者，為淨零建築準備框架的開發做出了貢獻。此外，他還是綠色科技，綠色金融，氣候轉型，環境、社會和管治以及碳中和等領域的專業培訓師。
