On 19 November 2024, Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Bath, represented by its new Vice Chancellor, Professor Phil Taylor.

The MOU states that the two institutions will work together on articulation routes, TNE collaboration, staff and student exchange as well as exploring the potential for dual degrees and research opportunities.  The signing ceremony was followed by extensive discussions with Faculty colleagues to map out directions for implementation.

The University of Bath was established in 1966 and is now established as a top 10 UK university with a reputation for research and teaching excellence. It offers courses in engineering, humanities, management, science and social science.
