On 15th March 2023, HKU SPACE and AIA Hong Kong & Macau jointly hosted the 1st Graduation Ceremony for Executive Certificate Programmes. The event was graced by the presence of over 200 guests and Premier Advisors, who had successfully completed the below three executive certificate programmes:

1. Executive Certificate in Financial Planning (Health and Wealth Advisor)
2. Executive Certificate in Financial Planning (Life Goals Advisor)
3. Executive Certificate in Financial Planning (Retirement Advisor)

Dr. Joey Lam, Acting Head of College of Business and Finance, HKU SPACE, and Mr. Alger Fung, Chief Executive Officer of AIA Hong Kong & Macau, both delivered speeches to the graduates. Dr. Lam highlighted the importance of continuous learning and development in today's fast-changing business environment. She also expressed her appreciation for the collaboration between HKU SPACE and AIA, which has enabled professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills in various fields.

Mr. Fung echoed Dr. Lam's sentiments and spoke about the importance of lifelong learning, as well as the need for professionals to keep up with the latest industry trends and best practices. He congratulated all Premier Advisors on their achievements and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in their respective fields.

The executive certificate programmes were jointly organised by four other professional bodies, including the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK), the Institute of Financial Education (FQEA), and The Hong Kong Dietitians Association (HKDA). These programmes provided participants with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their fields and stay ahead of the competition.

In addition to local participants, the ceremony also saw the participation of Premier Advisors from Macau, who came to celebrate their achievements with their fellow graduates. Overall, the 1st Graduation Ceremony for Executive Certificate Programmes was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and development in today's fast-paced business environment.
