This workshop integrates Western nutritional science and Chinese food ingredients, to help participants understand how eating can help to prevent and manage chronic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases). It features a lecture delivered by registered dietitian, a basic health assessment, and practical cooking demonstration session, empowering participants to design delicious and nutritious meal plan.
