Ms Lam is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Vice Chairperson of the Professional Council of the Hong Kong Academy of Accrediteed Dietitians (HKAAD). She has been dedicated to enhancing the professional standards of registered dietitians in Hong Kong and providing evidence-based health and nutrition education to the public.
