Ankit

Ankit is the CEO and Co-Founder of Planto, a profitable, venture-backed fintech company based in Hong Kong, established in 2018. Under his responsibilities, Planto secured over US$800,000 in early funding from notable institutional investors, including Portag3, before achieving profitability. Ankit played a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and business development, most notably leading the collaboration between Planto and Citibank to launch Wealth360—a pioneering feature at the intersection of Wealth Management, AI, and Open Banking. Beyond Planto, Ankit is an active participant in the Fintech and AI ecosystems. He serves as Co-Chair of the Digital Banking & Payments Committee at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong and is a founding board member of the AI Association of Hong Kong, reflecting his commitment to driving innovation and fostering industry growth. Ankit holds a double major from the University of Hong Kong, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Media & Cultural Studies, showcasing his unique blend of technical expertise and cultural insight.

Jessica

Jessica is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Planto, as well as a Board Member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong. Planto operates at the intersection of Open Finance and Artificial Intelligence, offering solutions that help banks gain deep customer intelligence. This enables banks to drive digital engagement, boost sales, and streamline credit decision-making. Planto's technologies have been adopted by multiple financial institutions, including global banks, fintech startups, and wealth management firms. Most notably, Planto's solutions have been recognized by HKMA's FSS 3.1. Prior to co-founding Planto, Jessica worked in private equity and banking. She regularly speaks at major finance and technology events, such as Hong Kong Fintech Week, Money 20/20, and Abu Dhabi Finance Week. In her role as a Board Member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong, she co-leads the GBA Work Group and has served as a board sponsor for the AI & Big Data, Cloud & Cybersecurity, and Wealth & InvestTech committees. Originally from Taiwan, Jessica has lived and worked in Singapore, the UK, and Hong Kong. She was also a lead singer in a post-rock band.
