HKU SPACE: Law Journal Editor
Valuable both for aspiring lawyers and professionals in other fields.
"HKU SPACE’s Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (CPE) and LLB (Hons) Hong Kong programmes in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) are valuable both for aspiring future lawyers and for established professionals in other fields. In my case, they enhanced my professional career development as a chartered civil engineer and equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle most day-to-day legal issues.
Building on the knowledge I obtained through these programmes, I also successfully published peer-reviewed papers in journals in the UK and the US and became both an Associate Editor of HKU’s Hong Kong Journal of Legal Studies and Editor of MMU’s Manchester Law Journal.
The Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (CPE) and LLB (Hons) Hong Kong have prepared me to pursue a wide range of opportunities, and without the education I received on these programmes I cannot imagine that my interest in the law would have taken me nearly this far."
Bryan Kwok was admitted to the PCLL programme at the University of Hong Kong after graduating from the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (CPE) and LLB (Hons) Hong Kong with a Distinction and First Class honours respectively.
