Duration
- The programme will be offered in a part-time study mode. There will be 3 semesters a year. Two modules will be offered in each semester. Students may complete the programme in 2 years.
This is an exempted course under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which this course may lead.

Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants shall:
(a) have an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a business
related discipline awarded within the HKU system through HKU SPACE; or
(b) have an equivalent award granted by a recognised institution. Holders of Associate
Degrees, Higher Diplomas or Advanced Diplomas in a relevant discipline will be
considered on a case-by-case basis; or
(c) have a degree in other disciplines. Degree holders in non-business disciplines will be
considered based on individual merit; or
(d) hold equivalent qualifications.
Advanced entry with further exemption from a maximum of 40 credits (2 modules) in
Stage 3 or 4 may be considered on an exceptional basis for holders of appropriate entry qualification higher than those mentioned in points (a) to (d) above, but it is emphasized that, in such exceptional cases, credits already counted for meeting the above will not be counted again for further exemption.
Note:
An Honours degree programme at Edinburgh Napier University normally takes four
years to complete. Students normally complete their Stages 3 and 4 modules during
their third and fourth years of study respectively.

Enrolment Method1. All applicants are required to complete the APPLICATION Form and either submit them in person or post them to The Programme Leader, Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Financial Services, College of Business and Finance, HKUSPACE.
2. All applications, either by post or in person must be accompanied by:
a) Certified photostat copies of full educational certificates and transcripts
b) A separate non-refundable crossed cheque payable to 'HKUSPACE' for $200 in respect of the application processing fee.
c) copy of HKID card
Note: When submitting your application in person at any HKUSPACE enrolment centres, please bring along the originals of your educational certificates / transcripts for certification. If by post, please arrange to bring the originals of the relevant documents for certification at any HKUSPACE enrolment centres before the commencement of classes.
Payment MethodCourse fee can be paid by crossed cheque or bank draft made payable to 'HKU SPACE'. Please specify the programme title for application, student's name and student card number (if applicable). You may either:
- bring the completed form(s) together with application fees in the form of a cheque and any required supporting documents to any of the HKUSPACE enrolment centres.
- or mail the above documents to any of the HKUSPACE enrolment centres, specifying "Course Application" on the envelope. HKUSPACE will not be responsible for any loss of payment sent by mail.
Applicants may also pay the course / application fee by VISA or Master Card including "HKUSPACE Master Card" at any HKUSPACE enrolment Centre.
Notes
- Fees paid are not refundable except under very exceptional circumstances, subject to the School's discretion.
- In addition to the published fees, there may be additional costs associated with individual programmes. Please refer to the relevant course brochures or direct any enquiries of the relevant subject area for details.
- Fees and places on courses cannot be transferred from one applicant to another. Once accepted onto a course, the student may not change to another course without approval from HKU SPACE. A processing fee of $120 will be levied on approved transfers.
- Receipts will be issued for fees paid but HKU SPACE will not be responsible for any loss of receipt sent by mail.
- For additional copies of receipts, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a completed form and a crossed cheque for $30 per copy made payable to "HKU SPACE". Such copies will normally only be issued at the end of a course.
- Classes are expected to be held at HKU SPACE learning centers. The health and safety of our students is our top priority. If the situation in Hong Kong requires, HKU SPACE reserves the right to move some classes to other locations, including online teaching platforms.
