Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG)

The Government of the HKSAR has introduced a scheme called Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) to allow non-local graduates to stay and work as professionals in Hong Kong. Under the IANG, non-local students who have obtained an undergraduate or higher qualiﬁcation (including Postgraduate Diplomas) in a full-time and locally-accredited programme awarded by an authorised post-secondary education institution in Hong Kong (including HKU and HKU SPACE) may apply to stay/return and work in Hong Kong providing their qualification satisfies the Immigration Department’s criteria.
