The demand for professional and high-quality property management services has increased since the enactment of the Property Management Services Ordinance and the establishment of the Property Management Services Authority. The Professional Diploma in Housing Management Programme (PDHM) at HKU SPACE, as one of the most well-known professional training programmes in the property management field, has enabled me to acquire new knowledge and improve my skills.
