The programme aims at, not only to equip human resource and people management professionals with the skills of Artificial Intelligence and human resource analytics, but also with the competence of managing challenges related to behavioural changes, such as conflict resolution, culture and change management.
Graduates of the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Analytics and Organisation Change Management will be able to articulate to the Master of Arts Human Resource Management with 2 module exemptions.

Graduates of the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Analytics and Organisation Change Management will also be able to articulate to the Master of Science Business and Management with one exemption, and will be able to complete their master studies in one year.

The programme begins with an introduction to the types of analytics used today and how to apply predictive HR analytical tools to different workforce scenarios. The final part of the programme equips students with the skills and knowledge to report findings and insights for business and workforce management decision-making.
This programme covers students with the conceptual models, frameworks and methods for the study of organisational culture. It enables students to implement change in their organisations through understanding the dynamics of organisational culture and the pressures, rationales and practices of change management.
This programme equips students with the skills to collect and apply basic HR analytical techniques for different workforce scenarios and the knowledge of how artificial intelligence can support workforce improvement.
This programme aims to equip students with a core understanding of the principles and practices of learning and development from a HR perspective. It discusses the development and importance of learning and development in an organisation and covers topics such as how learning and development works, how to identify, execute and measure the success of a learning programme. It also covers the different styles of adult learning and evolving skills necessary for the future of work.
