The programme is designed to train students’ proficiency in both English and Chinese by fostering bilingual competency within the fields of communication and translation. In addition, the curriculum integrates foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications relevant to language, communication, and translation studies, preparing students to utilise emerging technologies in their professional practice. It equips students with the knowledge and skills to apply the language, cultural, and AI-related concepts learned to engage effectively in professional communication across diverse environments and scenarios. The programme aims to establish a solid academic foundation for those seeking to pursue further studies in communication, translation, or language fields.

課程目標
課程旨在培養學員的日語互動表達（會話及寫作）和接收（閱讀及聆聽）能力以達至高級程度。課堂透過就日本當代社會及文化議題進行小組討論和匯報等，訓練學員運用高級程度日語批判分析和表達意見的能力。
本課程上課時數共240小時，銜接「日語證書(高級)」。當中包括「Upper Advanced Japanese I」及「Upper Advanced Japanese II」(各120小時)。
